Three ways to work
with Expresso AI.

Start with an audit. Scale to a custom build. Keep it running with a retainer. Or jump straight to a workshop — your call.
01
AI Workflow Audit
A 1–2 week paid sprint where we interview your team, map every manual workflow, score each one by ROI potential, and deliver a prioritized roadmap with a concrete business case. Audit fee credited toward any build that follows.
From $2,500
02
AI Workshop
Half or full-day hands-on session with your team. We skip the theory and focus entirely on your actual workflows — where AI creates leverage, what tools to use, and what to build first. Leave with an action plan, not a slide deck.
From $4,000
03
Custom Implementation
We build 3–5 automations end-to-end — integrated into your existing tools, tested with real data, documented, and handed off with training. You own everything. Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks from kickoff to handoff.
From $15,000

// The Audit

Start here. Every time.

The biggest mistake companies make is building automations before understanding which workflows are worth automating. Our audit fixes that.
01
Stakeholder Interviews
We talk to the people who actually do the work — not just management. ICs know where the real friction is.
02
Workflow Inventory & Scoring
Every manual process gets scored on repetitiveness, volume, and text intensity. Anything above a 60 is an automation candidate.
03
ROI Modeling
We build a concrete business case: hours saved per week × fully-loaded hourly cost = weekly ROI. Payback period in black and white.
04
Prioritized Roadmap
You get a ranked list of automation opportunities with effort estimates, recommended tools, and a 90-day build sequence.
05
"What NOT to Automate" List
Just as important as the build list. We flag the processes where AI will cause more problems than it solves.

// Our Stack

Built on tools that
actually work.

We use the same stack we'd use for ourselves — proven, modern, and designed for mid-market without enterprise complexity.
n8n & Make.com
Workflow orchestration. n8n self-hosted for data security. Make.com when clients want something they can maintain themselves.
Claude API
Anthropic's Claude powers our AI logic — document analysis, drafting, classification, and agent reasoning across every workflow we build.
Custom AI Agents
Proprietary agent architecture — the same framework we use internally — adapted for your workflows, your data, and your team's tools.
Your Existing Stack
We integrate with what you already use: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, QuickBooks, and 100+ more.
Security-First Setup
Credentials in your password manager. Data stays in your infrastructure. Zero Data Retention mode for regulated industries. You own everything.
Monitoring & Handoff
Every automation gets error alerting, Loom walkthroughs, a written runbook, and a 30/60/90-day optimization checklist before we hand off.
// FAQ

Common questions.

Do we need to have an AI strategy before working with you?
No — that's often what the audit produces. You just need a clear sense of where your team spends the most time on repetitive work. We figure out the strategy together.
What size company is a good fit?
Mid-market companies with 50–500 employees and $10M–$500M in revenue tend to get the most from our engagements. Large enough to have real workflow volume, small enough that we can move fast without months of internal approvals.
What does the audit actually cost and what do we get?
The AI Workflow Audit starts at $2,500 for a 1–2 week engagement. You get a workflow inventory, a scored matrix of automation opportunities, an ROI model, and a prioritized implementation roadmap. The fee is credited toward any build project that follows.
How long does an implementation take?
Most mid-market builds take 4–6 weeks from kickoff to handoff. That includes building 3–5 automations, testing with real data, training your team, and full documentation.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays in your infrastructure. We deploy automations into your accounts — not ours — and store credentials in your password manager from day one. For regulated industries, we enable Zero Data Retention mode on all API calls.
Do you offer ongoing support after the build?
Yes. We offer monthly retainers starting at $2,500/month for monitoring, iteration, and expanding your automation stack as your needs evolve. AI tools change fast — the retainer keeps your systems current.
Do you work with companies outside Minneapolis?
Yes. We're based in the Twin Cities but work with companies across the US. Most implementation work is done remotely with structured async communication. We'll travel for kickoffs and workshops when it makes sense.
