The AI Workflow Audit starts at $2,500 for a 1–2 week engagement. You get a workflow inventory, a scored matrix of automation opportunities, an ROI model, and a prioritized implementation roadmap. The fee is credited toward any build project that follows.
How long does an implementation take?
Most mid-market builds take 4–6 weeks from kickoff to handoff. That includes building 3–5 automations, testing with real data, training your team, and full documentation.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays in your infrastructure. We deploy automations into your accounts — not ours — and store credentials in your password manager from day one. For regulated industries, we enable Zero Data Retention mode on all API calls.
Do you offer ongoing support after the build?
Yes. We offer monthly retainers starting at $2,500/month for monitoring, iteration, and expanding your automation stack as your needs evolve. AI tools change fast — the retainer keeps your systems current.
Do you work with companies outside Minneapolis?
Yes. We're based in the Twin Cities but work with companies across the US. Most implementation work is done remotely with structured async communication. We'll travel for kickoffs and workshops when it makes sense.
